Help with SnapTK

Updated October 7, 2026

Troubleshoot invalid TikTok links, unavailable videos, interrupted downloads and browser saving behavior.

The link is not accepted

Open the original video in TikTok and use Share → Copy link. Paste the full HTTPS link into SnapTK. Profile pages, text copied alongside a link, non-TikTok addresses and private videos are not supported.

Confirm you have permission to download and that the content provider allows it. The request button remains unavailable until you enter a link and select the permission confirmation.

No files were returned

Check whether the original video still opens publicly. Deleted videos, private accounts, region restrictions and temporary provider errors can prevent a result. Try again later if the source is available. Never provide your TikTok password to solve a download error.

Some videos have no audio or no alternate version available. SnapTK can only show the files returned by its provider; it cannot guarantee HD quality, audio extraction or a particular format.

The download stopped or opened in a new tab

Request the video again to obtain a fresh file link, check your connection and ensure your device has enough storage. A provider may expire a file link or temporarily refuse it.

Browsers handle media differently. If a file opens in a player, use your browser's save or download option where available. Check the Downloads folder or the Files app on your device. Do not install an extension or application advertised as necessary to use SnapTK.
