How SnapTK processes submitted links, technical requests, analytics and Google advertising data.
Scope
This policy describes the SnapTK website at www.snaptk.app. The tool does not ask you to create an account, enter a TikTok password or provide payment details. Do not submit credentials, private links or information you do not want processed by the providers described below.
Links and media processing
When you request a video, your submitted TikTok URL and your permission confirmation are sent to SnapTK's server. The URL is sent to TikWM, an external media provider, to retrieve video information and available file links. The response can contain the creator's public name, account handle, caption, thumbnail and media URLs.
Your browser requests previews and files from SnapTK and, where a provider link is used, from the media provider. A provider receiving a direct browser request can receive your IP address and browser request information. A request routed through SnapTK is processed by the hosting infrastructure and the upstream provider.
Hosting, diagnostics and measurement
Vercel hosts SnapTK. Hosting and security systems can process technical request information such as IP addresses, requested paths, timestamps, browser information and error information to deliver and protect the service.
SnapTK uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page usage and performance. These services process website events and performance measurements. Provider logging and retention are governed by the relevant provider's settings and policies; this page does not promise immediate deletion or anonymous handling of every network request.
Google advertising and cookies
When Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to serve, measure and personalize advertising. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this website and other websites or apps.
Where a consent message is presented, you can accept or reject the available choices and revisit its privacy settings. You can manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center and manage or delete cookies in your browser. Browser cookie settings do not necessarily disable all forms of measurement or advertising.
Your choices and inquiries
You can choose not to submit a link, close the site, manage your browser's stored data and use the privacy controls of the external services. Files you save remain subject to your device and backup settings. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
SnapTK currently has no published support email or account portal for personal-data requests. The Help page describes available troubleshooting information; it is not a contact form. For data held directly by Google, Vercel or TikWM, consult that provider's privacy information and request process. This policy will be updated when SnapTK's data handling or contact channels change.
